This blog was created to allow employee’s and employers to send it events, cool videos/pictures and reviews about their company and even funny and cranky moments of you in your company.
Why ?
Many job seekers who get their jobs through online applications or by word of mouth normally do not have an inside source to provide them feedbacks. Of course as a normal human, we would want to know more about the place we are going to work at. What about the co-workers? What kind of people are they ?
So the best way is a blogger’s view point !
Materials sent it would allow people to know more on what’s happening inside the 4 walls.
So if you are a staff or employer, send in your videos,images or any relevant materials to allow more exposure of the place you work with. We could even have your interviews sent in on why people should work at your company perhaps.
